This allows for full field of view with both eyes open target acquisition. A major improvement to an already great scope.
You will need this when mounting either Vector or Vortex prisms(both use T1/T2 footprint) on an AR platform with free floating rail. For AR's with the front sight post, you will need the '0.83' Maverick Cantilever Picatinny Riser Mount'.
Puts both vortex spitfires in correct place. Rare find for the footprint. Much better than the fortis or primary arms I’ve been using.
Tight
This does the job just fine. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is an additional 3rd screw to secure it to the pickatinny rail as three screws allows the prism optic to still stay zeroed even if one screw is loose.

Thanks the sight so much easier to use... Wish this came with the optic instead of short riser. Works excellently though!
The mount uses screws with an angled head but does not come with any leaving it unusable with the scope I bought it for. Also lacks a recoil lug but that is shown in the pictures.
My screws stripped the inside of the locking block, what thread pitch are the two screws so that I can get helicoils and put them in there?
