"This scope represents a significant advancement over the previous models in the Tauron series, both in terms of construction and lens quality. Vector has really made a leap in quality with this series."

This Optic is a Monster!
Heading
The image stays surprisingly clear even when I turn the magnification way up. The 60mm objective and ED glass really help when looking at small targets farther out.
Not only is the glass on the scope impeccable but the material it’s made with everything about it is just top-notch top-tier
It is definitely a large and heavy scope, but it feels solid and well built. For a dedicated field target or bench rifle, the optical performance is worth it.It is definitely a large and heavy scope, but it feels solid and well built. That tiny center dot is exactly the kind of reticle I prefer for shooting small groups. It doesn't cover up much of the target, even when I'm really trying to dial things in. Nice clean sight picture too.
This scope is clearly designed for deliberate target work rather than general-purpose use. The high magnification range and adjustable side focus give plenty of flexibility when examining small targets at different distances.
~Glass~
Very good japan ed glass for the price. Does show Chromatic aberration above 40x especially if elevation erector is close to top or bottom. Schott ED glass it is definetly not though as in continental series. depth of field is standard usability at different mag settings while field of very is very good as usual for Vector optics. Again, a Continentl 6-48x56mm it is not.
~ergonomics~
Clicks are nice and audible with good feel & very little backlash. all turning parts are very smooth. Locking elevation knob is a great feature. 24MILs is plenty to work with and I like 1/20th adjustments.
~Retical~
My one gripe is the center dot is slightly too big for benchrest in MY OPINION. Illumination is standard for the pricepoint.
In summery a excellent do-it- all Target scope for the price. You cant go wrong with Vector Taget Scopes as Usual.
The scope feels well made and sturdy without any loose or rough controls. The turrets turn smoothly, and the adjustments have been consistent so far.
Looked at several long range scope before buying this one, and I'm glad I did. The glass is clear even at full magnification. I was looking for a retical that wasn't cluttered and easy to spot hits through. The zero stop was easy to set after zeroing and can be disengaged during adjustments if you don't want to use it. Mounted on my 6mm arc it has enough adjustment range for 1,000 yard shots. The 0.05 mil clicks are easy to feel and hear. Highly recommend this scope for anyone looking at affordable prices without giving up quality.
Good glass good quality.
Everything I expected it to be!
Really decent eye box and has reallly good clarity. Really punches above its weight.
Work well except at 50x...
Recently purchased the 5x50 scope and mounted on a Christensen Arms 6.5 PRC for long range and PRS shooting. Optical clarity and brightness are superb - performs ax well as scopes double the price
