This scope feels sturdy without being excessively heavy for a 3-18x optic. The generous eye relief and included 34mm rings made it a straightforward upgrade for my precision rifle.
Just get it
This is a really nice scope. Exceptionally clear with nice contrast.
I assumed the glass would be fairly clear as that's what I read but..... It's better than that! It is at least as clear as my Japanese lensed scopes and a bit brighter. I can't believe it took this long to find one of these and will probably buy another Continental.
Continental series is much better than Taurus in mechanics and rubber seals. Really top optics from vector optics. We are waiting for new products next year. Shake handsManufacturer, you really managed to achieve a lot and do not stop there, catch up and overtake well-known European brands, you can do it!
Excellent lunette!!!! Reference in the market... Very happy and satisfied!!!!!

Perfect for the price. picture is sharp and crispi enogh to take it into one line with nightforce nx8(i'm not exitet with it) ). of cource nx8 slightly beter in light transmiting, contrast, chromatic oberation, details, but disfference is really thin. optical scheme of this scope. makes it really easy to use as oppesed of nx8. just look and shot. Turrets and tracking is also good, but not perfect. somewhere between vortex viper pst 1 and pst 2. normal, useable, but you not always shure. maybe this is psichological moment. illumination is also ok, usable, but not good... moderate. you starts to see red coma on the lens at level 3 when central dot is not bright enogh. so when you use it you olways se some red background light that disturbes you. but to the credit of vector there is no sparking dust at all. seems they solved this issue!
Totally:
picture - 5+ (excellent)
tracking - 4 (good)
illumination - 3 (ok).
But in this price you difficult to find scope with better ilum. and track
Where is this scope manufactured?
Hi, this scope is made in China
What height scope rings come with the continental 3-18x50 FFP. If I can request a low ring. In the .83†range, but not specifically. That would be great.
This pair of rings come with this scope. And we cannot change to another height ring. You can buy them separately.34mm X-ACCU Scope Ring Medium | Vector Optics - Vector Optics 2007 (vector2007.com)
