Hi, sorry, SCMF-41 does not work for SCRD-PD12. It works for SCMF-31,SCMF-33,SCMF-34

Does this have shake awake mode or do I have to turn on and off manually?
Hi, yes, it has motion sensor. It will automatically turn off when you don't use after 30 minutes.
