What is a prism scope?
A prismatic scope is a type of optical sight that uses a prism to reflect and refract light, rather than a traditional lens system. The prism inside the scope is used to bend the light, allowing for a more compact and lightweight design than traditional scopes.
Prismatic scopes are often used in firearms, where they provide a clear and accurate image of the target while minimising the weight and bulk of the optics. The Paragon 1x16 micro prism sight is particularly compact, with a true 1x image that enables ultra-fast shooting.
